I’m posting these in the hopes that public accountability will give me the motivation to finish this looong overdue project. UGH, WHY IS ANIMATION SO HARD???edit: Since I’ve had a lot of questions about how this was made, I wanted to clear up that this is a combination of rotoscoping and digital compositing of clips taken from the Looper animated trailer by Zachary Johnson and Noah Fisher and other outside footage.

Derek Hale - a young, single father - moves into town causing a stir in the dull life of Beacon Hills - and in Stiles’ heart.
Stiles thinks it’s perfectly acceptable for him to welcome his new neighbor with a home-made pie. Alright, so Derek Hale lives on the opposite side of the town and Stiles bought the pie at the local bakery, but it’s the thought that counts, right?
That’s what he tells himself when he knocks at the door to Derek’s house.
“Hi! Derek. You don’t know me. Yet. I’m Stiles and uh… I wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood, I guess! So. Uh. Welcome.” Stiles stumbles over words, but Derek just opens the door wider so he can come in.
“I’m sorry, can you wait just a sec? I will take him upstairs and I’ll be right back.”
And then Derek crouches, scoops a toddler from the floor and, smiling apologetically, leaves the room.
Stiles swallows audibly.

Teen Wolf AU: Stiles is a cocky alpha who talks a big game and whose giant mouth gets his pack into trouble more often than not. Derek is a beta who could easily challenge Stiles for the title and keep the pack from getting into any further Stiles-related trouble. And he totally would, if he weren’t maybe in love with the asshole.

With all this in mind, of course, half the fun is being told to “shut up and eat it.”
